We have a 15-day return policy for all the U.S. orders, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please notice that returns must be in original packaging and condition.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that a standard shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping expenses.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage claims are accepted within 15 days of delivery.  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. In cases where products cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds or provide replacement orders. Any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending orders to the correct address will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders and Return Policy

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for international orders. Due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, including customs and duties, we are unable to offer return or exchange services for orders shipped outside our domestic market. We encourage all customers placing international orders to carefully review product details and ensure that the items selected meet their requirements before making a purchase.
